Aquatic Aerobics is a low-impact workout that builds muscle strength, works on flexibility and boosts your endurance with classes that typically last an hour with our instructors leading the students through a series of exercises.
Each class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises followed by a cool down session. Exercises include water walking, leg lifts, kick board moves, wake board sessions, bicep curls and plenty of core work. Students won't be swimming but will receive a full body workout. Most exercises are in shallow water making it easier on your joints
while providing water resistance while keeping your heart rate up.
