Do you have a love of water and the ability to swim? You do not need to be a proficient swimmer but you must be willing to get your hair wet!

Do you have patience and love for all children and the ability to be able to encourage, inspire and teach?

Are you friendly and polite to parents and have the ability to communicate and discuss their swimmers progress daily by building relationships with our families?

Do you have the ablity to summarize and articulate lessons with co-workers, parents, trainers and the ability to accept constructive criticism by being coach-able and a great listener.

Ability to use our hand held tablets to document lessons, keep up with attendance and follow our in house responsibilities. Personal cell phones may not be used during work hours?

Committed to working with our staff to learn our in water survival curriculum for children ages 8 months up to 5 years?

Are you comfortable with being in the water for up to 5 hours per day?

Are you comfortable and able to support all ages and types of swimmers in the water?

Are you capable of setting up/putting away swim equipment and materials at pool each day?

Do you have any reservations with being a team player in our facility which will include basic cleaning duties and daily maintenance?

What is your swim experience?

Can you pass an initial drug test and random drug test during employment?
